Victory Barber Classes

Enroll in barber classes with educators from Victory Barber

There are few better ways of becoming better at your craft than investing in education that will teach you the skills and techniques you are missing.

As barbers and cosmetologists, there are some things we do well and others that create challenges for us. In our look-and-learn and hands-on barber classes, our award winning educators guide you to refine your personal techniques, introducing you to new tools and different approaches for cutting hair.

When you attend our barbering courses you’ll be able to ask questions and get real life solutions for the common and not-so-common problems you encounter in the shop. Discover tried and true techniques along with unique ways to achieve the results that your guests deserve when sitting in your chair.

We learn on a live model, breaking down the barbering techniques and scenarios you might encounter with your guest. All questions will be answered and no question is unimportant. Our educators are here for you, to make you become the best barber you can be.

Book a barber class with Mark Peyton from Victory Barber

Mark Peyton

Education Team Member

Mark Peyton has become one of the unsung heroes of the Canadian barber scene. Marks warm disposition and sharp sense of humor make him just as entertaining as he is informative. But don’t be fooled by his easy going demeanor. He is dead serious about classic barbering and he lives for passing on the knowledge he has learned from his travels and training around the world. In the last few years he has taught on stages across North America, founded the multiple award winning Sailor Bups Barbershops in Halifax Nova Scotia, has worked alongside some of the top names in the industry, has become a Canadian ambassador for Wahl Clipper Co. And interestingly enough, Mark now holds the title of Owner and Operator of the oldest continually running barbershop in North America. Despite his many accolades Mark remains incredibly humble, so don’t be surprised if he becomes one of your new favorite people in the process.
